Info for Oral Presentations
Each speaker will have 15 minutes for oral presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
Each presentation can be supported by Powerpoint slides or handouts.
If you are planning to use Powerpoint slides, we would appreciate if you could send them by October 6th.
If you are going to use handouts, we recommend you to provide them (about 80 copies) yourselves.
Info for Posters
Authors of posters will have 5 minutes for a short oral presentation of the poster.
Each presentation can be supported by Powerpoint slides or handouts.
If you are planning to use Powerpoint slides, we would appreciate if you could send them by October 6th. Please, keep in mind that they need to be no more than 5.
If you are going to use handouts, we recommend you to provide them (about 80 copies) yourselves.
After the short oral presentation, you will have about 1 hour to illustrate your poster to people interested in your work.
The poster panel size you will have at your disposal is 100 cm (width) x 150 cm (heigth). Hence, your poster has to be a little bit smaller.
We will provide adhesive tape or pastel.
General info
We will provide a pc laptop. Hence, if you use a Mac, please bring your own laptop.
Considering that the audience of the conference will be international, the use of English language is highly recommended.
The proceedings of the conference will include a selection from all the presentations, both oral and poster communications. Hence, poster communications are not excluded from the proceedings publication.
The conference fee is 30 euro for Ph.D. students or young researchers and 50 euro for professors.
